The site of the 2008 U.S. Open Brass Band Championships will be The Dellora Norris Cultural Arts Center in St. Charles, Illinois. The Center includes an exceptional art exhibition gallery and a 1,000-seat theater with the stage area, acoustics, lighting and mechanicals to host the most elaborate performances.
