The U.S. Open Brass Band Championships is held in the Dellora Norris Cultural Arts Center in St. Charles, Illinois. The Center includes an exceptional art exhibition gallery and a 1,000-seat theater with the stage area, acoustics, lighting and mechanicals to host the most elaborate performances.
