All bands invited to participate in the US Open must complete and submit the following:
- Band Registration and $300 Registration Fee - Due July 15, 2010
- Program Requirements - Due September 24, 2010
- Member Registration Form and Payments - Due September 24, 2010
- Conductors scores of content program - Due October 15, 2010
- Busker Contest Registration - Due October 15, 2010
